**There will be no monetary refunds given when an item is returned. In-store or online credit only.**
In-store:

In-store purchases have to be returned within 7 days of original purchase.

The item must be not worn and the tags must still be on

No monetary refund will be given, in-store or online credit only

Must have original receipt or proof of purchase

Wardrobe on Whyte staff will inspect the item for return eligibility. Returns can be declined if the item cannot be re-sold.

Once returned, your account will be credited the full amount of the item.
Online:

Online returns have 7 days since receiving the item to be packaged and shipped back to Wardrobe on Whyte

Proof of delivery like a receipt or tracking number is required

The item must be unworn with tags still on and in the same condition it was in Wardrobe on Whyte shipped it.
