Refund policy

**There will be no monetary refunds given when an item is returned. In-store or online credit only.**


In-store: 

  • In-store purchases have to be returned within 7 days of original purchase. 

  • The item must be not worn and the tags must still be on

  • No monetary refund will be given, in-store  or online credit only

  • Must have original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Wardrobe on Whyte staff will inspect the item for return eligibility. Returns can be declined if the item cannot be re-sold. 

  • Once returned, your account will be credited the full amount of the item. 

 

Online:

  • Online returns have 7 days since receiving the item to be packaged and shipped back to Wardrobe on Whyte

  • Proof of delivery like a receipt or tracking number is required 

  • The item must be unworn with tags still on and in the same condition it was in Wardrobe on Whyte shipped it. 

  • There will be no monetary refunds given, in-store or online credit only. 

  • Wardrobe on Whyte staff will inspect the item for return eligibility. Returns can be declined if the item cannot be re-sold.
